Description:

We're looking for a self-motivated, and honest CUSTOMER SERVICE LEAD, to join our growing team. In this position, you will play a key role by performing various tasks from MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY; 9 AM to 6 PM.

Experience: a PLUS, but not required

Job Location: Forest Park, Ohio

Employment: Full-time

Rate: Negotiable

Duties and Responsibilities:

Answering phone calls, taking notes, and making sure we get back to them in a reasonable timeframe

Answering questions you know the answer to

Answering emails, Facebook, and google messages

Cashing out customers

Keeping customers up to date on what’s going on

Keeping everyone aware of their committed time frames

Reviews, $25 bonus for each google review you get us

Managing returns (easy)

Skills, Attributes, and Required Abilities:

Excellent skills for communicating and relating with both staff members and customers

Good interpersonal skills to create a cordial relationship with team members

Ability to multitask

Have good temperate to handle disputes and emergencies

Must be result-oriented
