1st Shift Narrow Web Flexo Press Operator (Relocation Help )

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to; Operating various narrow web flexo presses and other finishing equipment as needed. Ensure that the Customer and Sales Representatives quality expectations are met on press through pre-production planning and press approvals. Complete all documentation for orders produced and provide accurate data collection entries into our MIS system. Clean and maintain departmental equipment and work areas. Effective communication between all departments and staff.

Other duties include; Assist in the planning and scheduling of upcoming orders. Ensure accurate color and registration, ability to monitor for quality control throughout the press runs.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

Ability to troubleshoot and coordinate work and parts for equipment maintenance. Maintain positive relationships with employees and customers. Punctuality and keen attention to detail are critical.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

In order to meet all expectations of this position you will need to be able to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance & stand for long periods of time.

MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:

For an employee to succeed in this position they will need to be able to do simple mathematical equations, adapt to changing schedules, and contribute to problem solving when needed.
