Our client is the world’s largest food and beverage manufacturer of their product mix. With continued growth and success, we seek a Legal Contracts Administrator. The Legal Administrator is responsible for providing guidance and oversight for the company’s legal document governance. The successful candidate will coordinate with company officers, managers, and executive assistants in the management of a variety of corporate legal documents. Administer electronic database / contract management systems. Manage the lifecycle of legal and business documents including record retention renewals, destruction, and archiving. You will also set renewal reminders in the storage system ensuring that all legal documents are updated and revised at the appropriate time. This is a vital day shift role that reports directly to the CFO.
What you bring:
Contract administration experience is required for this position. A paralegal certificate or experience is highly desirable. Our client is looking for someone who can work independently, you will work closely with three other executive assistants. Upon hire, obtaining Notary is required. You will also, at times, be asked to advise on legal documentation that HR and Management personnel may not initially understand, it is up to you to interpret some of that legal jargon and phrasing to the team. The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of 3-5 years of legal document administration experience.
