Warehouse Associate

StaffBuffalo is actively working with an emerging company in the Niagara Falls area to hire a Temporary to possible Permanent Warehouse Associate, for up to $15.00/hour, depending on experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing company that is establishing its footprint in WNY. This company is a shipping and logistics company that has grown exponentially during the pandemic.

This Warehouse Associate will be responsible for receiving and inspecting incoming boxes, moving and organizing boxes around the warehouse, and loading and unloading the dock. The Warehouse Associate must be able to lift up to 50lbs. Excellent attention to detail will be an essential trait of the Warehouse Associate as it will be important when picking and packing boxes. The Warehouse Associate must be a self-starter that requires very little supervision, but also, will be able to work as part of a team. If a customer calls the warehouse to inquire about a package, the Warehouse Associate must be able to exercise basic customer service skills. Required Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience in a Warehouse setting

Strong background in Customer Service

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Education:

Associates Degree or Related Experience
