• Provide excellent customer service and ensuring their staff does the same too.
• Promote sales and assist with marketing strategies.
• Establish and cultivate relationships with a company’s clients to meet client needs so customers are satisfied
• Execute training / seminars so clients experience the greatest benefits from a company’s products / services.
• Provide technical support to customers in regards to the company’s products / services.
