Express Employment Professionals has partnered with an internationally recognized company to recruit a Senior HR Business Partner to their local and rapidly growing Southern MN plant.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with the onsite management team to lead, strategize, and problem solve.
Provide advice and counsel internal staff
Develop and improve logistic measures within the plant for optimal efficiency, performance, and work culture balance.
Educate staff on employee policies and exercise creating a fair and consistent work environment.
Develop and conduct trainings
Continuously improving the efficacy of the workplace environment
Team collaboration between the production floor teams, on-site office teams, and HQ staff.
Resolve internal issues as necessary
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor''s degree in human resources
Minimum 5 years of success in a Human Resource Management role
Upholding managerial courage and work place ethics
Excellent verbal and written communication
Maintain self direction and ability to manage and reprioritize tasks as needed
Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Skills
Working experience with a global organization
SAP and ADP
Experience in a manufacturing setting
Willingness to relocate for the Southern MN opportunity
