Hands on experience with sourcing /screening
Sourcing and attracting candidates by using database, social media, etc
Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency /consultancy recruiter)
Good communication & interpersonal skill
Effectively manage relationships with agencies, design and drive employee referral programs along with planning
Should be able to understand customer needs and hiring conditions, both external and internal.
Collate documents of shortlisted candidates and share them with the on boarding team Training and mentorship of new team member
