Responsibilities

Responsible for coordinating with IT professionals & monitoring day-to-day operations.

Strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies - Agile/Scrum

Delegation of work along with monitoring, tracking & gathering work status from employees.

Responsible to communicate with the higher management to prepare a strategy for operations to run efficiently.

Improve the operational systems, processes, and policies in support of the organizations mission -- specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process, and organizational planning.

Must be ready to accept any challenge in work and also research, analyze, prepare, and manage to do any task given.

Good communication skills and willingness to take the leadership role and desire to learn.

Proficient in using computer software applications including Microsoft Office Suite, G Suite, etc.

Should have an appetite to learn and grow.

Must-Have

Willing to work 6 days a week

Should have good communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge on MS Office, G Suite

Open to take challenges and Committed to work.

Knowledge on Internet Surfing and Social Media

Multitasking and excellent time management skills

Qualifications

Any graduate pass/fail

Expertise in MS Office, G Suite
