Do you have experience in the management of multiple venues and high-volume production kitchens in a full service setting? We are looking for an Executive Chef to join our team in the Jacksonville, NC area. We are looking for an Executive Chef that executes amazing food, in a high-volume environment, train the people in consistent production, motivate and inspire the staff to achieve the goals. Title of Position: Executive Chef
Job Description: Our Chef will plan, direct, organize, and coordinate all food production. This individual will help with policies and procedures and provide direction for menu formation, food preparation, distribution and service, budgeting, purchasing, sanitation standards, safety practices, staffing, and staff development. They will also ensure compliance with standards of practice and regulatory requirements; be on property when business demands require it and ensure that all goals are being met if not exceeded.
Our Chef understands the restaurant business, culture, and internal dynamics. This person will make certain that on-site personnel understand guest satisfaction and guest expectations. Responsibilities may include assisting with planning, organizing and facilitating production activities; will ensure compliance with standards of practice and regulations and that the department is managed in a fiscally responsible manner, controlling raw food costs, labor and indirect costs.

MUST HAVE 2+ plus years Executive Chef experience in a full service setting
Multi-Venue/ Multi-Unit Experience a plus!
A degree in Hospitality, Business, or Hotel/Restaurant Management or other related field is preferred
Serv Safe Food and Serve Safe Alcohol Certifications a plus
Superior business acumen; demonstrated ability to analyze and impact business results at an organization level
Able to manage/lead others and build a diverse and effective team and labor
Outgoing personality is a MUST!
