The incumbent will spearhead our Hr department in the Philippines. And will be required to work out of our office located in Applebee plaza in Ortega's Manila
Roles are as below,but not limited to the following:
1.Identification and sourcing of suitable recourses for the project.
2. Do the initial screening and line for the interview.
3. Do basic level due diligence in checking the selected candidate documents for validity
4. Negotiate salaries and offers as per company budget
5. Develop a suitable recruitment strategy for recruitment
6.Forecast HR requirements and take required steps to fulfill the same.
7. Do all relevant documentation.
8. Track attendance, Run payroll, and provided data for salary payments to HO
9. Frame county-specific HR policy and implement the same.
