Job Overview
We’re currently seeking a Lawn Maintenance Crew Member. The Lawn Maintenance Crew Member will be responsible for executing site level tasks on Marsch Landscaping’s client sites. The Landscape Crew Member. We provide service to high end commercial and residential customers servicing sporting fields, warehouses, factories.
Crew Members will work with their foreman in varying service lines including basic maintenance, landscape installation, and supportive services like irrigation, seasonal color management, lawn mowing and chemical applications.
What you'll do:
Daily lawn mowing weed eating, planting, mulching, etc.
Work to learn how to preform your job effectively and efficiently
Proactively assist in resolving issues with customer service when needed
Ensure work is performed safely and in accordance with company policies
Communicate regularly with Foreman to ensure client needs and expectations are consistently met or exceeded
Deliver services as specified on client sites
Work to identify more efficient ways to perform work
Coordinate service execution with Production Manager
Ensure equipment preventative maintenance is performed as needed and equipment is in good working order
Other tasks and duties as assigned by Branch Leadership
Skills we're seeking:
While it is a major plus for you to possess skills and experience in the areas of horticulture, it is unnecessary if you have the qualities and characteristics to be trained to be a top performer in your field.
Spring and fall clean ups. Lawn maintenance
Basic plant recognition
Client communication
Minimum High School Diploma or Equivalent (Additional a plus!)
