Location: Remote

Emerald

Resource Group is currently seeking an experienced Inside Sales

Representative to

fill an opening with one of our number one clients located in

Cleveland, Ohio

This position will be responsible for sales of a Software as a

Service (SAS) model software and selling motion to assigned

accounts. Your input will be utilized to expand business

operations and develop

organizational initiatives. If you enjoy working with people and

using

creativity to educate and inform, then this job may be the

perfect fit for you

Requirements

of the Business Development Specialist

* Customer

service or sales experience required.

* Comfortable

with hosting video-conferences and product demonstrations.

* Independently

motivated, outgoing, energetic, and positive.

* Ability

to overcome objections and accept rejection.

* Professional

demeanor in verbal and written communication skills, attention to

detail, and

timely activities keep our service offerings top of mind.

* Ability

to be resourceful when faced with challenges and think outside

the box.

* HubSpot

or other CRM system experience is a bonus.

* Experience

with the construction industry is an additional benefit.

Responsibilities

of the Business Development Specialist

* Meets

and/or exceeds sales and development goals by ensuring the

expected number of

outreaches are converted into sales meetings.

* Expand

lead generation through cold calling, business-to-business

selling, and other

methods to identify potential business prospects and help sales

professionals

acquire new customers.

* Presents

sales pitches, product demonstrations, and other valuable data to

potential

prospects in a way that promotes the company brand and mission

and helps the

audience identify a need for the product.

* Completes

the expected number of weekly phone calls and follow-up

activities.

* Performs

duties and responsibilities professionally and courteously to

promote teamwork,

a positive work environment and achieve team-related,

company-initiated goals

and projects.

* Updates

and maintains timely information about client interactions within

the company’s

customer relationship management program.
