My client is a well-established State Farm Insurance Agency that is located in the greater Seattle area of WA state. He has won the Chairman's Circle Award for several years and is recognized as a leader in the industry. He is looking to add a new full time team member to his team.
This is a W2 Mon to Fri permanent staff Team Member Service role. You will be working from your home in the USA and will be taking customer calls from Washington insureds from 9 am to 6 pm Pacific Standard Time. You will be paid a base salary of $35,000 up to $45,000 and will receive $10 for each application written per month and 10% of all new life premium you write in that month. You will also have 2 weeks vacation and sick time.
Typical service responsibilities include:
Handle daily service needs such as responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Quote and sell additional lines of coverage if applicable.
Refer brand new customers to a Sales Team Member for new business quoting and existing coverage analysis.
You must be able to pass a background check; have no DUI's or Felonies and you must have no State Farm compliance issues. Please note, this remote role is ONLY open to candidates that have recent State Farm agency experience, have P & C and Life/Health licenses, and are proficient with ECRM. You must also have a dedicated office that is free of distractions and has secure home internet. Once hired, you will obtain a WA state Non-residence license.
