1. Coordinate with POs and identify vehicle parts for ordering.
2. Communicate with requestors to determine which repairs are necessary.
3. Recommend needed maintenance service and repairs.
4. Submit work orders.
5. Break down cost and estimate the time the repair would be completed.
6. Educate requestors regarding maintenance and safety purposes.
7. Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs.
8. Research potential vendors.
9. Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
10. Update internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts)
11. Conduct market research to identify pricing trends.
12. Evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better prices.
13. Prepare cost analyses.
14. Maintain updated records of invoices and contracts.
15. Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders.
16. Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition.
1. Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
2. Relevant experience is required.
3. Must have good scholastic records.
4. MUST be knowledgeable in handling vehicle parts and repairs.
