DURATION: 6 Months Temp-to-Hire
SCHEDULE: Regular / First shift Availability Monday through Friday 8-6 PST
Must be local to Rancho Cordova. Assignment will be fully remote until the site reopens, equipment will be provided.
Pay Rate: $14-$15/hr. on W2.
MUST be fluent in one of the following languages:
English and one of follow languages Korean, Mandarin, Cantonese, Armenian, Russian, Thai, Laotian
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
At Enrollment Center, Customer Service Specialist shall assist and educate Medi-Cal beneficiaries with selecting a managed health care plan.
Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Communicating with customers through various channels.
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION: GED or HS diploma
Desired Experience: Previous Call Center / Customer service experience in healthcare industry, or other.
