A growing Flavor & Fragrance Ingredients supplier currently has a Sales Representative position available. The Sale Representative is responsible for developing and managing accounts, maintaining a long term relationship with accounts and maximizing sales opportunities within them.
Tasks and responsibilities:
Be responsible for the development and achievement of sales through the direct sales channel
Focus on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business
Manage customer requests including orders, sampling and pricing.
Support at Trade shows
Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, existing products, new products, etc.
Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Have strong account management and relationship building skills
Motivated by sales and customer satisfaction.
Be confident to deal with technical products and people
Very organized with excellent communication skills

College degree preferred
