Position Overview
We are seeking motivated, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Remote Travel Coordinators. This independent contractor opportunity is ideal for individuals interested in building a flexible, home-based career within the travel industry. In this role, you will support clients by planning, coordinating, and booking a wide range of travel experiences, including leisure vacations, business travel, group trips, and special events.
No prior travel industry experience is required. Comprehensive training and ongoing support are provided.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate domestic and international travel for individuals, families, businesses, groups, sports teams, weddings, and special events
Design and manage complete travel packages, including tours, excursions, and day trips
Book flights, accommodations, rental vehicles, cruises, and travel-related activities
Prepare and distribute accurate travel documentation, including itineraries, tickets, authorization forms, and attraction passes
Assist with itinerary changes and provide alternative travel solutions as needed
Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the booking and travel process
Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Reliable internet access and use of a computer and/or smartphone
Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Professional, positive, and customer-focused approach
