Duties

Evaluate credit worthiness by processing loan applications and documentation within specified limits

Interview applicants to determine financial eligibility and feasibility of granting loans

Communicate with clients either to request or to provide information

Assess customer needs, explore all options, and introduce different types of loans

Gather necessary documentation to support the loan program

Submit completed loan file to the lenders

Applicants without 1 year of MLO experience will need to go through mandatory training programs

You must be willing to purchase leads, network or bring over your existing book of business. No leads will be provided
