General description
Responsible for the monitoring and maintenance of entire IT infrastructure for corporate offices and multiple remote locations. Engage with executive sponsors, business owners, vendors, and stakeholders to plan and implement new initiatives. Work closely with businesses to provide technical solutions and support major projects. Must be willing to work flexible schedules – off-hours support as needed
Responsibilities
Provide support for technology products in areas of telephony, desktop, laptop, android, apple, and printer support
Manage Helpdesk requests - respond to user issues via it service desk application
Define and manage SLA for service desk
Coordinate with vendors for various types of software and hardware installations
Work with cloud providers to improve and design system configurations
Identify areas of improvement and submit recommendations for enhancements
Analyzes infrastructure configurations
Oversee server and network performance
Skills/Qualifications
3+ yrs of corporate experience working in help desk, IT support environments
2+ yrs in system administration and support of large scale enterprise architecture including cloud-based solutions
Infrastructure engineering, design, and implementation
Knowledge of local and wide-area networking and network protocols
Designing and implementing enterprise large scale server platforms
Customer service, writing, and verbal communication skills
Problem-solving and decision making and strong interpersonal and technical
Windows, Linux, and Mac operating systems
A+, Network+, MCDST, ITIL preferred
