Identify and manage business relationships with companies to develop new solutions/
Drive business through Dealer Network and Sales Team on developing local sales growth
plans for the products and ensure viability/profitability of the overall business.
Inspire the dealers and Sales team to work collaboratively toward a shared vision, while
providing ongoing mentoring, coaching, and development opportunities
Building high performing, cohesive, and customer focused solutions sales teams. Identifying,
developing and retaining high performing sales professionals.
Develop various marketing programs and methodologies to increase customer loyalties and minimize customer attrition.
