Supervisor/Civil Engineer/Foreman .

We are urgently hiring Supervisor/Civil Engineer/Foreman with at least 2-3 year maintenance experience in any Facility Management company in Dubai

Responsibilities

· Manage different sites and ensure they are secure, safe and well catered at all times.

· Conduct regular Site visit and give estimation report

· Outstanding knowledge of all maintenance fields ( AC, Plumbing, Electrical...etc.)

· Coordinate daily maintenance activities with the technicians .

· Oversee all repairs and ensure that work is completed on time.

· Conduct follow-ups on all maintenance and repair work

· Perform other duties as assigned

· Excellent communication and strong customer service skills.

· UAE Driving License is a must

· Possess excellent communication skills in English & Hindi
