MINIMUM ELIGIBILITY: Minimum eligibility criteria to apply to this position:

QUALIFICATION REQUIRED

o 12th

o Any Graduate/ Undergraduate / B-tech

o Post Graduate

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

o Answers inbound & outbound /email chat backend custo mer calls with a friendly and positive manner and provides outstanding service to the customer throughout the duration of the call.

Timing Details:

Domestic-

Day Shift Only(10 AM To 6 PM)

International:

Morning Shift-7AM To 3 PM(Australian Shift)

Afternoon Shift-1PM To 10 PM(U.K Shift)

Night Shift-8PM To 5 AM(U.S Shift)

Salary: as follows

For Domestic:-

Basic:-12K -15K In-Hand

+ 2000 Attendance Bonus+ Loyalty Bonus+ variables Incentives

For International:-

Basic:-15k-18k In-Hand

+ 2000 Attendance Bonus+ Loyalty Bonus+ variables Incentives

Interview Timing:- Come Between 10:30am to 2:30pm Carry On Cv, Id Proof and 2Photos With You.
