The Division of Gastroenterology and Hepatology in the Department of Medicine at the University of Illinois at Chicago is seeking faculty members at or above the rank of Assistant Professor (rank/tenure commensurate with experience) with academic interests in clinical gastroenterology . An excellent Gl fellowship program, state-of-the-art endoscopy suite and clinic, and a wide breadth of clinical and basic science expertise in the division makes this an excellent opportunity for Gl fellows graduating from a strong university program, or mid-career practitioner who is interested in teaching as a clinical faculty member. MD or DO required. Candidate should be BC/BE. Preferred candidate will have expertise in clinical research in areas including, but not limited to GI motility. Inflammatory bowel disease, GI malignancies or outcomes.
