Candidates are expected to:
- Learn strategic business development and sales tactics through our daily meetings and how to effectively manage an account
- Liaise with your Manager on how to develop customized plans to support movement of sales and drive urgency for our clients’ products
- Skilfully acquire Business intelligence on leads, companies and potential customers.
- Develop, execute, achieve, and maintain sales initiatives/goals based on management feedback, team performance, and organizational goals
- Collaborate with the operations team and customers to evaluate account performance, identify changes and improvements and implement solutions
- Track and report to management regularly, the status of all leads, proposals, and negotiations
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in relevant field is preferred, hands-on experience will also be considered
- The ability to perform well in a competitive environment with our other Account Managers
- Relevant work or internship experience in business development, sales or account management
