Responsibilities and Duties
Convert Leads into Appointments
Identify valid enquiries of patients calling and fix an appointment with our Clinics in India.
Obtains customer information by answering telephone calls; probing them and fix the first consultation
Ensuring correct information is delivered to patients during their first consultation.
Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that they feel supported and value
Understand callers conditions and empathise helping them with appointments.
Informs Patients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.
Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing difficult situations, as needed.
Contract length: 18 months
