We are a family-owned operated, general contracting and developing firm seeking for a responsible Bookkeeping / Administrative / Leasing Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs, and managing our company’s general administrative activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to handle assignments, multiple projects, and other tasks simultaneously and be able to organize their work. Knowledgeable in MS-Office / Computer Literate and the ability to learn additional programs as needed. Candidate must work well with others, have good communication skills, organized, self-motivated, self-starter, reliable, able to prioritize work, positive attitude, ability to take direction, and work independently and efficiently. Ultimately, a successful Assistant should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office.

Job Requirements:

• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)

• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

• Quickbooks (will train)

• Bilingual (English & Spanish) is a PLUS

• Some construction knowledge is a PLUS
