Management Business Solutions is actively seeking a Financial Sales Partner for a client located in the Greater Grand Rapids area. This person will be responsible for providing timely and professional paying and receiving services and providing the highest quality of customer service. This is a full-time (M-F and No weekends) direct hire opportunity.
Process paying and receiving transactions in a professional and accurate manner.
Answer questions from customers and referring them to the proper department.
Promote the sales referral process by identifying product needs and assisting with selling and cross-selling that meet the needs of customers.
Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, payments, night deposits, mail, check orders, currency transaction reports, and ATM updates and requests.
Maintain and balance daily transactions accordingly and balance a drawer timely and accurately without assistance.
Process wire transfers, issues and redeems savings bonds, make stop payments, treasury, tax, loan, and other transactions.
Perform various operational duties by balancing the ATM, ordering checks and deposit slips, ordering office supplies and maintaining security checklists.
HS Diploma Required.
1 year of previous Teller experience preferred.
Experience working with Microsoft office required.
Bilingual skills are highly preferred.
Must be able to use equipment such as a coin sorter/counter, currently counter and an encoder.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
