Assistant General Manager - premium casual steakhouse

We are seeking an Assistant General Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the restaurant in the kitchen and FOH.

Premium - casual steakhouse.

Requires current or prior culinary management as KM or Chef in a busy, full service casual or premium casual concept.

$60K base

Responsibilities:

Supervise team of workers

Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency

Train and evaluate employees

Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting

Resolve issues

Qualifications:

Previous experience in restaurant management with strong culinary involvement

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Excellent written and communication skills

Strong leadership qualities
