A USA based investment management firm is actively seeking a Cryptocurrency Operations Manager.

The Cryptocurrency Operations Manager will be responsible for establishing the business infrastructure in Canada.

We are seeking a product manager to work in our Core Retail team. This PM will own the peer to peer payments product (P2P) and take it to the next level.

As our Junior Trader, your primary focus will be on assisting the Sales & Trading Team with handling discretionary order flow.

Using our proprietary technology you will be taking OTC orders from clients and booking orders on client accounts.

Responsibilities of the Cryptocurrency Operations Manager:

• Responsible for the opening of bank accounts with the various Canadian bank exchanges

• Use established cryptocurrency network connections to setup business infrastructure in Canada

• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external parties

• Optimization of currency exchange

• Responsible for the completion of administrative tasks and oversee internal operations

• Build and maintain relationships with clients and trading partners through proper execution of trades/ settlements

• Data analysis, client relationship management, and interpersonal communication skills

• A clear understanding of risk management and ability to apply this knowledge to certain situations on a daily basis

• Ability to make informed decisions in fast paced trading environments

Requirements:

• Familiar with the process of opening bank accounts

• Exceptional interpersonal communication, relationship management, and organizational skills

• Flexible mindset to adapt to fast-changing market and new work tasks

• Fluent in written and spoken English
