Seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to join a growing practice in Southern Oregon - 70 miles south of Eugene and 90 minutes north of Medford.

Job Summary: Health Clinic setting with a team of 10+ providers and includes an Urgent Care. Patient mix - Medicaid, Medicare and Private insurance. EMR system: eClinical Works

Patients per day/shift: 18

Requirements: FNP Provider with:

1+ years of experience in family practice, urgent care

Prefer already Oregon licensed

BLS

DEA required
