As a Front Desk Officer you are expected to greet, communicate with and welcome guest in most comforting manner. Answer all the customers questions/queries and address their complaints with courtesy and respect.
Must be good at using the computer and related equipment and conversant with social media
Answer all incoming calls; redirect them when needed.
Receive letters, packages and send them to appropriate destination.
Prepare and manage outgoing mails /letters.
Check, sort and forward emails to where necessary
Monitor and update records and files.
Perform basic bookkeeping, filing and clerical duties.
