We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy, Customer Support Executive to help us build up our business activities. You will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects and maintaining customer satisfaction. We value what makes you unique. Experience- 6 month to 4 years


1.Make inbound and outbound calls to customers to promote and sell a product or service.

2. Create, maintain and update databases of customers with complete information and emails. Consolidate existing customer base while building a new customer base.

3. Monitor competitor’s products or services and create selling strategies for own products or services.

4. Handle customer needs and requirements

5. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve

6.You will get the generated leads and convert into sales

Must Have Minimum Requirements

1.Any graduate or an undergraduate can apply with min. experience of 2years

2. Experience of handling a client’s outbound calls or product sale.

3. Exceptional interpersonal skills.

4. Good communication and interpersonal skills: Good verbal communicator and presenter

5.Self motivated and positive.

6. Good Convincing power.
