Nurse Practitioner New Grads Are Welcome That Was a RN Nurse

We are looking for a long-term commitment (for 3- 5 years)

The NP will learn endocrinology from scratch in detail under my direct supervision.

High quality of care is expected, but great benefits in return, such as:

The bare minimum of 10 patients per day

For more than 10 patients a day, productivity will apply.

Potential income up to $150,000 per year

Every note that NP will write will be reviewed and signed off by me.

The goal is to become an independent provider/endocrinologist.

Woking Monday - Thursday 9 am - 6 pm (off Fridays, unless NP wants to make more income by working extra hours, including Fridays)

No internal medicine management, such as headaches, back pain, sore throat, using antibiotics, etc. We concentrate purely on Endocrinology.

We are looking for a good and intelligent person.

Our work environment is like a family. Everyone is treated with respect and dignity. No one is micromanaging anyone else, of course, as long as the job gets done.

We are looking for someone who will be with us in the long run for at least 3 years or more since we'll teach everything to this individual.

In addition, everything the NP will learn, he or she will best apply it in our practice than in any other place else due to our unique approach to patient care.

Ideally, the NP needs to be located within 30 minutes of our office.

The starting salary for full time is $80,000 for the first 6 months and then $90,000 yearly with a bonus based on productivity (potentially up to $150,000)

At this point, NP and I see patients every 30 minutes, whether new or follow-up.

For the first few weeks, NP will see patients every hour to learn and ask immediate questions.

Credentialing takes 4 months to be completed. So we might be ready to hire someone in a couple of months, with eventual starting the job in 6-8 months from now.

Currently, all visits are virtual, which may be likely to continue even without COVID. This is a plus, as sometimes the NP could work from home.

The NP needs to be aware that this would be a cerebral job, brainstorming through diagnosis and management while maintaining good “bedside” manners. The hands-on approach is minimal. Basically, it will be interpreting medical history, lab results, imaging results and coming up with a thoughtful plan to help the patients in short-term and long-term

401K eligible after 1 year of employment.

529 benefit through work.
