Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Build a sales team through assertive recruiting efforts

• Provide specific marketing strategies to leverage existing resources and relationships

• Experience scaling a sales team from under 10 to over 50

• Build a collaborative growth culture and sales infrastructure

• Cultivate and build new relationships with Medicare candidates and sales agents

• Provide competitive intelligence regarding Medicare products in target markets in Florida and across the U.S.

• Quickly and successfully manage all sales activities from initial contact until sale closure

• Develop successful sales strategies to optimize sales environments in which face to face engagement may be limited

• Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction


• Strong knowledge of Medicare industry standards and guidelines

• Ability to develop and execute ambitious growth and sales targets

• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

• Detail-oriented, well-organized, strong decision-making and problem-solving skills

• Ability to foster strong relationships
