Job Responsibilities and Requirements:
With broad autonomy, organizes and coordinates all activities associated with maintaining WH Oil & gas equipment over a large geographical area (i.e., multi-state area or country).
Develops and implements programs to ensure equipment reliability and personnel safety.
Develops and manages equipment and departmental budgets.
Work closely with operations to develop equipment strategies in order to meet the Company's goals.
Responsible for ensuring the duties of the Equipment department are performed in a safe, efficient and effective manner.
Develop and implement programs and measurement systems to ensure safety within the Equipment group.
Develop and implement programs to ensure Service Quality and equipment reliability.
Supervises through subordinates, usually other managers.
Coordinates various activities that are not necessarily related.
Formulates general policies and procedures and makes long range plans.
Job role has budgetary type of accountabilities or directly impacts a revenue center's viability or its quality of service via personal contributions.
Job role contributes directly to value creation.
Skills are typically acquired through possession of a Technical School certificate and possession of a valid driver's license and 10 years of experience in related fields and management experience.
