Data entry needs 5+ year(s) in a data entry or production environment.
Data entry requires:
High School degree or equivalent.
Experience in data entry (alpha and numeric) or with a ten-key calculator
Previous Data Entry, Banking, or IT experience a plus.
Experience using PCs, Microsoft Office, and other computer software.
Operations Specialist duties:
Validates information on all payment documents through ten keying; verification check signature, date, and payee information.
Captures and validates more complex data.
Pre-adjudicates documents and corrects data as required.
Researches and analyzes issues and ensures sufficient information is available to make decisions on next steps.
Conducts additional searches to extract accurate data and inputs the same.
Completes assignments using multiple source documents to verify data or use additional information to do the work.
