Our client company is seeking an experienced leader with a strong background in Scientific Discovery, Platform Management, Organic/ Physical Chemistry, Product and Regulatory studies; and Team Management.

You must be willing to:

• Develop Team capability/manage in Analytical and Synthesis Laboratories and Chemical Product Regulatory Studies as part of global organization

• Provide in-depth technical knowledge of the Metabolic/Regulatory study requirements

• Develop science strategies/technology for emerging project initiatives

• Provide technical/regulatory guidance to ensure success in delivery of studies/projects

Requirements (IF YOU DON’T HAVE THESE, DON’T APPLY)

• PHD/MS Degree in Chemistry Science

• Background in Physical and Analytical Chemistry/Product Metabolism/Product Regulatory Compliance

• Experience in chemicals/pesticides/fertilizers/pharmaceutical/EPA regulated products

• Minimum 5 years leadership experience (Scientists in Laboratory/Industrial environments preferred)

• Ability to operate effectively across/lead/influence in multicultural environment
