We're looking for a Senior Email Marketing Manager who is a beast at building and executing email marketing strategy and creation for e-commerce clients.
To succeed in this role, you need to be creative, analytical, self-driven, and detail-oriented. Above all, you need to be a good team player.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Manage large scale email marketing campaigns and flows from strategy to execution
Establish targeting strategies based on customer lifecycle segmentation & predictive analytics
Leverage CRM & analytics platforms to support campaign execution (Google Analytics, Shopify, etc.)
Analyze and track data to maximize the performance of email campaigns to achieve engagement, conversion, revenue and growth goals
Ensure all emails comply with best practices to ensure accurate email tracking, deliverability, and a great customer experience
Managing client relationships and communicating email strategy and results to clients
Managing & overseeing all client Klaviyo accounts to ensure compliance with best practices to improve deliverability, email performance and customer experience
Developing email marketing strategies to improve engagement, drive customer acquisition, and maximize customer retention & LTV for clients
Determining & managing email marketing KPIs to hit client revenue goals
Working closely with our Creative team to build and execute a creative email marketing strategy for campaigns and flows
Building and executing optimization strategies to split test and analyze results to continuously improve email performance
Launch and QA email marketing campaigns to ensure they're 100% error-free
Conduct weekly/monthly calls with clients and team members to discuss/present email marketing strategies
Gather and analyze competitor email programs for insights around email strategy, targeting, promotional offers, and cadence/delivery timing
Continuous improvement of our service offering with updated strategies
Develop and update our internal knowledge & training depository
WHAT WE EXPECT
2+ years of experience working in a 7- or 8-figure e-commerce business in a marketing role or within a marketing agency for e-commerce brands
An obsession with finding new e-commerce strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention.
A love for lifecycle marketing. You're passionate about understanding a brand and its customers inside out to build an effective customer experience
Experience with Klaviyo & Shopify
A love for a great brand. You want to understand a brand and its customers inside out to make sure your work is consistent.
No problem hitting deadlines and handling last-minute projects. You understand that in the ecommerce world, we move fast and you’re here to make things happen!
Understand and work well in startup culture - you’re able and willing to take on all sorts of tasks and responsibilities. You understand that things change quickly & we need to be agile.
Ability to get your hands dirty with creating a variety of strategies for different brands, iterating and finding out what you need to know to get to a great end result. If you need more information on a product or brand, you’ll figure out how to get it.
A strong bias towards execution & results. You LOVE working independently and thrive when given freedom & flexibility. You don’t need a babysitter.
An interest in digital marketing, and email marketing specifically. You love growing and learning more about the industry you’re working in.
The ability (and LOVE) of taking an idea or concept, and giving it substance and strategy
Fantastic organizational skills - you’re able to juggle multiple brands and projects at a time without losing your head.
A love of systems and processes. You don't just love building a great strategy... you want to see it all the way through to implementation and results.
A working computer & reliable internet connection - this is a fully remote position!
Proven track record of creating, implementing and optimizing complex email programs to meet business goals
Great attention to detail, deadlines, and accuracy with minimum supervision
Excellent written and verbal communication skills - comfortable on audio and video calls
Intermediate analytical skills - able to digest and turn complex email marketing data into actionable intelligence
Teamwork & collaboration skills - ability to work with the best, while giving your best
Knowledge of laws and regulations surrounding Email Marketing (GDPR, CAN-SPAM Act)
Knowledge of HTML is a plus
