Job profile :

New Product Development

Settlement of Parts cost with various vendors

VA/VE settlements with various customers

Samples & Production Pilot Lots For Customer Within A Stipulated Time Period

Inter co-relation with other departments to achieve the Targets

New Vendor Development

Conducting Regular Vendor Audits

Techno-Commercial interaction with supplier for development

Preparation Of various documents as per TS requirement (PPAP, APQP, FMEA etc.)

Costing Of New Components

Machine Hour rates calculations

Costing of various process such as crack detection,grinding, shot blasting etc.

Forging Cost Calculations

Line Layout As per the Mass Production Requirements of the Customers.

Interaction with the customers.

Samples OK first Time

Process Flow Monitoring

Time Study Of Components

Design Development of Jigs/Fixture, Special tool for Production line to achieve better Productivity as well as Quality.
