Technical Services Manager

Locations: (Farm) Tanay, Rizal/ (Office) Congressional Ave., Quezon City

Reports To: General Manager

Salary: 100 - 130,000

SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for providing our customers and end-users with product and technical support.

Responsibilities:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Communicates with customers to help them understand how to rear and manage product correctly.

Communicates with production, sales, and marketing (regional) regarding field problems.

Develops and maintains customer profiles detailing programs and results obtained.

Compiles and evaluates new techniques and management programs for Grandparent, parent, and broiler stock and summarizes subsequent effects on overall performance.

Teaches customer personnel the company's recommended management programs for rearing pullets and bring hens into production.

Travels throughout assigned territory to call on regular and prospective customers to solicit orders and perform technical service.

Displays and demonstrates performance data on the products, using marketing materials, and emphasizes salable features.

Provides technical service support for the initial receipt and training of growers during the life of the flocks.

Nurtures new parent business with ongoing technical support.

Coordinates response to customer complaints and/or problems.

Prepares reports of business transactions and keeps expense accounts

Assists other departments (i.e. marketing and production) within the organization to prepare localized manuals and technical publications; distributing these to the customer base.

Provides field performance to direct product research and development.

Analyzes and controls expenditures to conform to budgetary requirements.

Collects information on flock progress and completed flocks

Represents the company at trade association meetings to promote the product

Requirements:

Graduate of Bachelor's degree, preferably veterinary medicine.

Male or female. Single or married.

With at least 5 years’ experience in the same industry and in the same capacity. (Farm Technical Services)

Experience in Poultry Breeder Industry

Self-confident, committed, enthusiastic, and works well under pressure.
