- Provide a clear understanding of the call center agent’s role in both outbound call centers and the inbound call center.
- Successfully communicate with customers to gather information and learn about their needs and expectations.
- Collaborate with others to ensure the customers’ issues are resolved and.
- Assist and provide solutions for the customers’ questions.
- Completed at least 2 year in college with 6 months international BPO experience.
- Good to excellent verbal communication skills.
- Must have good customer service orientation skills.
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic.
- Knowledgeable in computer, web and MS Office navigation.
- Must be willing to work within Quezon City.
- Willing to work in shifting schedules, weekends and even holidays.
