We is seeking candidates for the post of a full-time /Part -time Admin /Coordinator to work at our Mumbai Gallery.

Remuneration: As per work experience and qualifications
Reporting to the Founder- the Person is expected to be in in daily Administration,
Liaison with the partner institutions, artists, speakers, etc.
Prepare reports. Be able to organise webinar the behind the scene .
Be able to operate social media .
Qualifications and Requirements:
Minimum 1 years of work experience in administration and research.
Bachelor/Master’s degree in relevant disciplines.
Strong administrational skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Problem solving skills
Ability to deliver tasks to tight deadlines
Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
Optional: Knowledge in softwares such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign would be an added advantage.
