WHAT WE SEEK:

A self-motivated enthusiastic contributor who is responsible for driving business to business sales of ASAP services. ASAP services include Department of Transportation (DOT) Substance Abuse Professional Services, policy development, employer/employee training, compliance support and drug and alcohol testing program support. Customer base includes safety sensitive positions such as; trucking, logistics, railroad, pipeline, and flight operations. The Client Development Manager is critical to increasing new business.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

*Drive sales leads in existing pipeline and convert to new business

*Identify customer business needs. Develop company-based solutions

*Develop industry contacts and sales prospects by cultivating internal and

external networking partners and participating in industry associations

*Identify customer business needs. Develop company-based solutions

*Act as a business resource to potential customers as an "industry expert"

*Drive growth by identifying new business leads through research, analysis,

consultations and leads from established channels

*Identify new potential products and services for Business Development to

cultivate

*Track competitor’s trends, challenges, and opportunities to enhance and

grow ASAP opportunities

*Participate in appropriate marketing efforts i.e., trade shows, networking

events, business roundtables

*Identify, develop and facilitate RFP/RFIs for organization

*Contract management, review, redline, with prospects, including government

contracting

*Travel to meet with prospective buyers

*Identify, develop and track department metrics, reports and pipeline data

*Build relationships with current and future clients to continue ongoing

business growth

*Act as supporting backup for business to client (B2C) sales

*National travel 25-35%

The right candidate should meet the following qualifications:

*A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, human service

related field or other bachelor degree preferred

*2-4 years business to business (B2B) and account management experience

required

*Employee Assistance Program (EAP), drug testing, human resources or mental

health employment experience strongly preferred

*Knowledge of drug and alcohol risk management industry preferred

*Excellent computer-based, telephonic, verbal and written communication

skills

*Prospecting ability for new business

*Exceptional and demonstrable customer service business style and

orientation

*Strong goal setting skills and goal achievement history

*Ability to strategize, persuade and negotiate

*Ability to multi-task and successfully prioritize workload

*Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills

*Ability to foster a cooperative work environment

*Excellent public speaking and presentation skills
