Responsibilities:

· Diary management

· Screening and transferring calls as required

· Organise meetings, as per requests including catering as required

· Taking messages and ensuring timeous delivery to person concerned

· Maintain an updated filing system

· Attending to visitors and ensuring the reception area is neat and tidy at all times

· Typing, faxing, filing and photocopying

· Distribution of post

· Respond in a timely and professional manner to client requests

· Honesty and integrity in dealing with sensitive company information

Requirements:

· Matric

· A secretarial / office management qualification

· Bilingual

· Proficient in MS Office Suite

· Accurate, fast typing skills

· Excellent communication skills

· Time management - work effectively with minimal supervision

· Must be able to work under pressure

Salary R10 000 pm
