The Surebridge Account Executive will use their demonstrated sales leadership skills and thorough knowledge of sales processes to provide innovative ideas for business growth. Outstanding communication, coaching and team building skills are essential for this position.

Develop, implement and effectively execute on channel sales strategies
Attract top selling talent to the organization and develop loyalty with them
Lead nationwide sales partners to achieve sales targets
Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales plans, reports and forecasts
Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
Manage channel expense budget
Liaise with Sales Management, Marketing, Product Development and other critical functional partners

Documented experience developing, training and leading a high-performance sales team
Health Insurance License
Point of sale experience as an individual contributor or sales manager in the life insurance field is a requirement
Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Thoroughly familiar with life insurance products and sales concepts
Ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics

BS/BA or equivalent work experience
