Ideal candidate will be tech-savvy and have a combination of some or all the following:
• Bachelors’ in Computer Science, MIS, Math, Business, or similar/related majors
• Highly motivated to work at a tech company with career track in Customer Success.
• Excellent communication and people skills and able to interface with clients as well as lead, train and mentor other support specialists on the software and process.
• Great attitude, strong work ethic, and self-learning ability
• Any project experience including Development, Software Support, Troubleshooting, Analysis, Customer Service, and Tech Support are all pluses!
• Object-oriented programming, web technologies, and database experience are big pluses!
