- Provide a clear understanding of the call center agent’s role in both outbound call centers and the inbound call center.
- Successfully communicate with customers to gather information and learn about their needs and expectations.
- Collaborate with others to ensure the customers’ issues are resolved and.
- Assist and provide solutions for the customers’ questions.
- Graduate of any 4-year course with no work experience; or
- Completed 2nd year undergrad with 6 months customer service work experience.
- Has good customer service orientation.
- Has good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Has good analytical skills.
- Must have basic knowledge in computer and web navigation.
- Must be willing to work within Quezon City;
- Willing to work in shifting schedules, weekends and even holidays.
