Responsibilities:

Along with the Customer Success Manager, you will help own the overall relationship with our customer base, which includes: initial training, increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and ongoing satisfaction.

Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients.

High levels of quality customer engagement ensuring they reach success as soon as possible

A continuous approach to actively growing the community of customers

You will help the customer with queries which includes candidate applications on job posting and queries related to our product.

As a Customer Success Executive, you will report to the Customer Success Manager and will support the adoption, retention and growth of our customer base.

Qualification & Skills:

An individual that is passionate and highly motivated to meet and exceed both personal and professional targets

Highly adaptable and quick to learn new information

Strong listening skills and ability to understand others’ viewpoints

Possess a strong work ethic and relentless attitude to achieve success.

Open to a culture of innovation, professional development and collaborating with others in a team

Educated to degree level (Freshers).

Should be fluent in communication.

Collaborative and Team oriented.

Self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
