Along with the Customer Success Manager, you will help own the overall relationship with our customer base, which includes: initial training, increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and ongoing satisfaction.
Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients.
High levels of quality customer engagement ensuring they reach success as soon as possible
A continuous approach to actively growing the community of customers
You will help the customer with queries which includes candidate applications on job posting and queries related to our product.
As a Customer Success Executive, you will report to the Customer Success Manager and will support the adoption, retention and growth of our customer base.
