The duties and responsibilities of the Account Coordinator are varied depending on the role and the function of the company. They generally provide direct support for Account Executives and maintain effective and progressive client relations. This role may have the following duties and responsibilities:

Assisting the Account Manager in the support and management of accounts

Generating new accounts and following up on leads

Monitoring accounts for compliance with the operating budget

Acting as the main point of contact for clients

Handling client complaints, concerns or issues

Communicating goals and issues to marketing teams
