Job Summary and Roles
1. Outreach: Generate quality leads through outbound calls to educational institutions, particularly schools, after target assessment and bring them onboard. Ensure increment in registrations on our platform.
2. Relationship Building through result-driven communication with schools.
3. Lead Generation: Identify potential schools in the allocated area from the database by recognizing and evaluating the prospects.
4. Reporting: Keep a daily report of calls in the organization’s in-house CRM software.
5. Client Support: Maintain relationships with schools by providing information, support, and guidance.
6. Collaboration: Collaborate with the team to achieve better results.
Qualification & Skills:
Telecalling ( Outbound/Inbound)
Should be persuasive and goal-oriented.
Have a good grasp of English language.
Experience in Telesales is preferred, but not mandatory
